During that time, the APG line (Asia Pacific Gateway) also experienced two incidents at segments S9 and S1.7.

In late May, many domestic users reported experiencing "unprecedented slow" Internet speed. Access to international services was difficult, with some even being inaccessible. By the end of June, all undersea cables in Vietnam were completely fixed.
